• WE DO NOT GIVE QUOTES OR ANY TIMELINES FOR HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE YOUR PACKAGE TO GET TO YOU. ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE TRACKING #, YOU CAN WATCH ITS PROGRESS
• There is a charge for packaging your item(s) based on time & packaging material used. The typical range is between $5 to $20.

Shipping Details:
Shipping will be via Canada Post including insurance (unless advised otherwise) at the rate of $2.75/$100 and costs will be determined after the auction and charged to the credit card you registered with on Live Auction World. Dodds Auction is not responsible for any damage incurred through shipping. We DO NOT provide shipping quotes.
If the shipment does not fall within the Canada Post restrictions (30kg) you will need to arrange an alternative shipper (Canpar, DHL, UPS are a few suggestions).
There will be a packaging fee added to cover time/supplies.
Payment Details:
Invoices are available after the auction closes through your Live Auction World Account. If paying by e-transfer, send to: bob@doddsauction.com (auto-deposited)
Invoices that have a total of $1000 and higher will now incur a Credit Card Convenience Fee of 3%. You will be notified by email after the auction has closed and you will need to reply to that email by the end of auction closing day if you want to change your Payment Method to other than the Visa or Mastercard you selected when setting up your account. Failure to do so by the deadline will result in your credit card being charged along with the 3% Credit Card Convenience Fee. This procedure applies to each auction as there currently is no way to permanently change your Method of Payment through Live Auction World.
If you do not pick up your items by the deadline and your invoice is still outstanding, your credit card will be charged as this is a contractual agreement you, the bidder, agrees to when registering in our auction.

RETURN POLICY: Limited guarantee ONLY (if electrical/mechanical items are not working) valid until 4PM, WEDNESDAY, MARCH 26, 2025 No returns on "As Is" OR "Inoperable" items.
The Auction reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times.
In case of dispute the Auction's decision shall be final.
You are entering into a binding legal contract and all items will be paid for before removal or shipping.
First lot closes at 8am & every 15 seconds another lot closes.

If for any reason, Dodds Auction is unable to deliver any or all of a purchased lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Dodds Auction shall be the refund of any monies paid to Dodds Auction on the purchased lot.
Attendance at the auction preview, or removal of purchased lots by purchaser/bidders and guests is done at their sole risk. Dodds Auction assumes no risk or liability, statutory, common law or otherwise whatsoever for the safety of those attending at the auction premises.
PLEASE NOTE: By completing the registration process for this auction, bidders acknowledge and agree to be added to our marketing list, receiving promotional email advertisements. If you do not wish to receive these emails, please contact our office (doddsauctionvernon@gmail.com) to request removal.
Any sheds/garages, etc. sold at auction that may need to conform to local By-Laws/Regulations for installation is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine.
