Shipping Details:
Shipping will be via Canada Post including insurance (unless advised otherwise) at the rate of $2.75/$100 and costs will be determined after the auction and charged to the credit card you registered with on Live Auction World. Dodds Auction is not responsible for any damage incurred through shipping. We DO NOT provide shipping quotes.
If you prefer to handle your own shipping, please specify this under 'Shipping Preference' at time of registration.
If the shipment does not fall within the Canada Post restrictions (30kg) you will need to arrange an alternative shipper (Canpar, DHL, UPS are a few suggestions).
There will be a packaging fee added to cover time/supplies.
Payment Details:
***NOTE: If you selected VISA or MASTERCARD as your Preferred Payment Method when creating your account, your invoice balance will be charged to the credit card you registered with after the auction closes. Once charged, if you want to change your payment to another method and have the charge refunded to the credit card, there will be a 3% fee to cover the cost of running your credit card. If you sent in an e-transfer after the credit card has been charged, your e-transfer will be sent back to you. BE VERY SURE OF YOUR PAYMENT METHOD!
If you want to change your Preferred Payment Method from VISA or MASTERCARD it has to be done on an auction to auction basis. The system is unable to make a permanent change to this. The onus will be on you to notify Dodds Auction by email (doddsauctionvernon@gmail.com) for each auction going forward. Failure to do so and you insist on paying by a different method and having your credit card refunded, you will incur the 3% charge.

If you do not pick up your items by the deadline and your invoice is still outstanding, your credit card will be charged as this is a contractual agreement you, the bidder, agrees to when registering in our auction.

RETURN POLICY: Limited guarantee ONLY (if electrical/mechanical items are not working) valid until 5 pm, Wednesday, March 27/24. No returns on "As Is" OR "Inoperable" items.
The Auction reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times.
In case of dispute the Auction's decision shall be final.
You are entering into a binding legal contract and all items will be paid for before removal or shipping.
First lot closes at 8am & every 15 seconds another lot closes.

If for any reason, Dodds Auction is unable to deliver any or all of a purchased lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Dodds Auction shall be the refund of any monies paid to Dodds Auction on the purchased lot.
Attendance at the auction preview, or removal of purchased lots by purchaser/bidders and guests is done at their sole risk. Dodds Auction assumes no risk or liability, statutory, common law or otherwise whatsoever for the safety of those attending at the auction premises.
PLEASE NOTE: By completing the registration process for this auction, bidders acknowledge and agree to be added to our marketing list, receiving promotional email advertisements. If you do not wish to receive these emails, please contact our office (doddsauctionvernon@gmail.com) to request removal.
Any sheds/garages, etc. sold at auction that may need to conform to local By-Laws/Regulations for installation is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine.
