There is an 18% buyer's fee on each lot as well as applicable taxes. If you have Farm Status or a PST # you qualify to have the PST removed from your purchases. You will need to complete a Farm Status Exemption Certificate or a PST Exemption Certificate and provide it to our office.
For either of these exemptions, please provide the Farm or Company Name as well as the PST # when you set up your account in Live Auction World. This will flag the system to adjust your taxes.
We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, E-transfer, Money Order or Bank Draft as payment. After the auction closes, all payments using a credit card with purchases under $1,000 will be processed. If your purchase is over $1,000 and you wish to pay by credit card online or over the phone, you will need to complete our Credit Card Authorization Form. **NOTE: this only needs to be completed AFTER the auction if you're a successful bidder. This is not necessary if you are using your credit card in person. E-transfers are sent to bob@doddsauction.com

Shipping Details:
Shipping will be via Canada Post including insurance (unless advised otherwise) at the rate of $2.25/$100 and costs will be determined after the auction and charged to the credit card you registered with on Live Auction World.
If you prefer to handle your own shipping, please specify this under 'Shipping Preference' at time of registration.
NOTE: Shipping may not be feasible on some items due to size/weight. We will not ship dishes/glassware unless it's a very small lot. We do not ship furniture or mirrors.
There will be a packaging fee added to cover time/supplies.
