There is an 18% buyer's fee on each lot as well as applicable taxes. If you have Farm Status or a PST # you qualify to have the PST removed from your purchases. You will need to complete a Farm Status Exemption Certificate or a PST Exemption Certificate and provide it to our office.
For either of these exemptions, please provide the Farm or Company Name as well as the PST # when you set up your account in Live Auction World. This will flag the system to adjust your taxes.
We encourage you to take the time to come view the auction lots during this scheduled time so you can make an informed bid. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of the condition of the item you are bidding on. The yellow sticker you see on items is 2 1/2" long by 1 1/2" wide, which can give you an approximation of size.

Shipping will be via Canada Post including insurance (unless advised otherwise) at the rate of $2.25/$100. Invoices must be paid by Tuesday, Nov. 1/22, 4:30pm & once shipping costs are applied, if not paid for by 5pm WEDNESDAY, NOV. 2/22, items will be considered abandoned and NO REFUND will be given.
If you prefer to handle your own shipping, please specify this under 'Shipping Preference' at time of registration.
NOTE: Shipping may not be feasible on some items due to size/weight. We will not ship dishes/glassware unless it's a very small lot. Once the package leaves our showroom, we are not responsible for when or what condition it arrives in.
