IF AN ITEM NEEDS TO BE DISASSEMBLED, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BRING THE TOOLS AND PEOPLE NECESSARY TO DO THE JOB.
Items not picked up by the THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 2025 @ 4PM deadline are considered abandoned & no refund will be given.
The Auction reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times. All Bidders need to understand that internet bidding may be subject to error due to loss or delay of internet connection. Dodds Auctions is not responsible for lost or incorrect bids due to these errors or delays.
In case of dispute the Auction's decision shall be final.
You are entering into a binding legal contract and all items will be paid for before removal.
First lot closes at 9am & every 30 seconds another lot closes.

If for any reason, Dodds Auction is unable to deliver any or all of a purchased lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Dodds Auction shall be the refund of any monies paid to Dodds Auction on the purchased lot.
Attendance at the auction preview, or removal of purchased lots by purchaser/bidders and guests is done at their sole risk. Dodds Auction assumes no risk or liability, statutory, common law or otherwise whatsoever for the safety of those attending at the auction premises.
