Invoices are available after the auction closes through your Live Auction World Account. If paying by e-transfer, send to: bob@doddsauction.com (auto-deposited)

Invoices paid by credit card that have a total of $1000 and higher will now incur a Credit Card Convenience Fee of 3%. As well, we no longer automatically process credit cards on invoices $1000 & higher. Payment must be done in person or provide authorization by email or telephone.

If you do not pick up your items by the deadline and your invoice is still outstanding, your credit card will be charged as this is a contractual agreement you, the bidder, agrees to when registering in our auction.

Shipping will be via Canada Post including insurance (unless advised otherwise) at the rate of $2.75/$100. Invoices must be paid before we will proceed to packaging your item(s). Shipping costs MUST BE PAID BY YOUR LIVE AUCTION WORLD REGISTERED CREDIT CARD. NO EXCEPTIONS. Once your shipping costs have been paid you will receive an updated invoice along with the Canada Post Tracking #. We start working on shipping after our 2 day pick up period.

Dodds Auction is not responsible for any damage incurred through shipping. We DO NOT provide shipping quotes.

If the shipment does not fall within the Canada Post restrictions (30kg) you will need to arrange an alternative shipper (Canpar, DHL, UPS are a few suggestions).

There will be a packaging fee added to cover time/supplies.
