The Auction reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times.

In case of dispute the Auction's decision shall be final.

You are entering into a binding legal contract and all items will be paid for before removal or shipping.

First lot closes at 8am & every 15 seconds another lot closes.

Subject to additions & deletions.

If for any reason, Dodds Auction is unable to deliver any or all of a purchased lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Dodds Auction shall be the refund of any monies paid to Dodds Auction on the purchased lot.

Attendance at the auction preview, or removal of purchased lots by purchaser/bidders and guests is done at their sole risk. Dodds Auction assumes no risk or liability, statutory, common law or otherwise whatsoever for the safety of those attending at the auction premises.

PLEASE NOTE: By completing the registration process for this auction, bidders acknowledge and agree to be added to our marketing list, receiving promotional email advertisements. Any sheds/garages, etc. sold at auction that may need to conform to local By-Laws/Regulations for installation is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine.
